SOCIETY

Pyramis is an indivisible member of the global community and, as such, it positively reacts to the calls of the society for aid, protection and support, within or out of the Greek boarders. Its social action, defined by participation and contribution, proves the need for a society of quality, collectivity and humanism.

Pyramis’ activities cover the below lines of action:

Humanitarian

  • Support to the NGO “The smile of the child” by donations in Pyramis cookware, necessities and toys.
  • Assistance to the  ‘‘SOS Children's Village’’ of Thrace and Plagiari with Pyramis Electrical Appliances and financial support.
  • Support to the Christmas Bazaar of The International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement of Greece with Pyramis cookware.
  • Support to the institution ‘‘Make a Wish’’.
  • Support to the ‘’Association of Friends of Cancer Suffering Children, Affection’’.
Cultural
  • Support to theater plays.
  • Support to cooking and nutrition workshops for children carried out by the Olympic Museum.
  • Support to numerous events related to cooking and nutrition.
Educational  
  • Short-term employment of students in Universities and Technical Instututions, in the frame of their job placement.
  • Support to job searching programs (Career Days, etc.).
  • Hosting of students’ visits for academic purposes and their familiarization with the corporate environment and the production procedure.  
Athletic
  • Support to the women national basketball team in Romania (Romanian Basketball Association).
  • Support to the establishment of corporate teams (football).
