General terms of protection of personal data
The site pyramis.gr preserves the personal character of your data and can not transfer it to any third party (natural or legal person) for any reason with the exception of relevant provisions of the law and to the competent authorities only. The pyramis.gr site maintains files with personal data, which are sent by the user, exclusively for communication purposes.

The users / members of pyramis.gr, observing the current legislation, the Constitution, the International Conventions, and the generally accepted principles of ethics, must abstain from:

  2.   3. Posting content such as pornographic, terrorist, threatening, copyrighted material, illegal software, content that promotes religious or other forms of proselytizing, and content that is generally against good morals.
  4. Discussions or links to illegal material as well as its processing or retrieval will be deleted immediately.
  5. Expressions of racist, extremist ideas or verbal attacks on socio-political or religious groups will be deleted immediately.
  6. Users are prohibited from engaging in any commercial activity through the Website, including sales, advertising, contests.
  7. The posting, sending, transmission, distribution through the website of material that violates the privacy of other users or any third party is prohibited

Cookies are used and more specifically Google Analytics, which help us understand how users interact with the website pyramis.gr, providing information about the points of visit, time, any problems that arose during the use of the website. This information is used solely to improve the website and consequently the user experience on it. The information collected is anonymous and does not refer to specific users. All data is collected anonymously via Google Analytics.

This policy provides each person and each visitor / user of the Company’s website who is interested in receiving from the Company concise and transparent information regarding the practices followed for the management and protection of personal data.

We therefore recommend that you check this Policy at regular intervals to be informed of any changes that have been made.
 
What is personal data?
Personal data is any information concerning a specific natural person or person whose identity can be verified (eg name, identity number, address, etc.). Data related to health (physical or mental condition, receiving medical services, etc.) are included in the general term personal data but are a special category of data.
 
How is your personal data collected?
Your personal data is collected in the following ways:
  • When you submit a job application to the Company or your CV is sent. The provision of your personal data in the context of submitting a CV to find a job in our Company takes place voluntarily as otherwise it would not be possible to assess the possibility of your recruitment. Processing is necessary to take action at the request of the data subject prior to the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with section 6.1 of the Rules of Procedure.   • You provide them to us when you fill out the Customer Details Form & amp; Exhibition Reporting Exhibition Reporting either during our on-site meetings or during our meetings in the context of our Company’s participation in exhibitions. Your information is submitted at your option and processed with your consent in order to be used for promotions, new product updates and offers in accordance with Article 6.1 of the Rules.
  • Automatically through the “browser” browser or mobile device you use to access our website www.pyramis.gr
  • You provide them to us when you fill in forms and forms in the context of the application of Management Systems (ISO) in the Company. The processing of the data is carried out in accordance with article 6.1 of the Regulation.
  • You provide them to us in the context of your participation in events or training seminars organized by our Company. The submission of your basic data is done at your choice and their processing with your consent for the sole purpose of informing you about the products and services of our Company in accordance with article 6.1 of the Regulation .
  • You provide them to us when you fill out electronic forms, e.g. “Newsletter” or send an e-mail, in order to be informed about the services and products available on the website of our Company www.pyramis.gr The submission of your basic data is at your choice and their processing with your consent for the sole purpose of informing you about the services and products provided by our Company in accordance with article 6.1 of the Regulation.
What type of personal data is collected and for what purpose?
The personal data collected and further processed includes:
  • Identification details, demographic information, address, and general contact details (including email address and phone number). The purpose of collecting this data is to execute the contract between us according to Article 6.1(b) of the Regulation.
  • Identification data such as CV details, qualifications, professional training, and work ­6.1(a) of the Regulation, is necessary for the exclusive purpose of selecting and evaluating candidates for employment by the Company for potential job openings. Your data is retained solely for this purpose and is processed by the relevant personnel, such as the Accounting Department, Human Resources, Management, etc.
  • Identification, financial, tax, and communication data, such as VAT number, tax office, contact details, address, etc. The collection, processing, and retention of this data, according to Article 6.1(c) of the Regulation, is necessary for the Company to comply with its legal obligations.
The Company will not process your personal data without your consent. However, the Company reserves the right, in exceptional cases, to process your personal data to the extent permitted or required by law, or by judicial decisions or prosecutor's orders.

Is data transferred to third parties?
We may disclose your personal information (in whole or in part, as required) to:
  1. Authorized personnel within our Company, e.g., legal advisors, partner consultants, external accountants, etc.
  2. Specific personnel within our Company necessary for the recruitment process and the execution of our contract, e.g., Accounting Department, Management, Quality Control Department, Marketing, etc.
  3. Providers supporting the data processing systems.
  4. Judicial or other supervisory or regulatory authorities, within their jurisdiction.
  5. Third parties with a legitimate interest, for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. In cases where your consent is required for the disclosure of your data to third parties (where not specified by law), this will be explicitly requested from you, and you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. In these cases, the Company assures you that it is vigilant and takes all necessary security measures to ensure that the transfer of personal data is done in the safest possible way.
The Company commits not to sell your personal data, lease it, transfer it, disclose it, or use it in any way that might jeopardize your privacy, rights, or freedoms, unless required by law, judicial decisions/commands, or as part of contractual obligations necessary for the proper functioning of the Company’s website and services.

Personal data may be transferred to partners or third parties who comply with the terms of this Policy and are bound by confidentiality agreements, acting on behalf of the Company for further processing to provide services, manage data, and offer technical support, only after the user has been informed and given consent.

These third parties are contractually bound to use the personal data only for the above purposes, and not to transfer or disclose it to others, except as required by law.

How long is my personal data retained?
The retention period may vary significantly depending on the type of data and its usage. The retention time is determined based on criteria such as legal retention periods, pending or potential disputes, intellectual property or ownership rights, contractual requirements, operational guidelines, or archiving needs.

The Company commits to retain your CVs for 6 months from the date the Company receives your CV.

Tax data is retained according to tax legislation. Data collected through surveillance systems is kept for up to 15 days, after which it is automatically deleted. If an incident is detected within this period, the relevant video segment is isolated and kept for up to one (1) additional month for the investigation and initiation of legal procedures to protect our legitimate interests. If the incident involves a third party, the video will be retained for up to three (3) more months.
For the purpose of processing related to the execution of the contract and informing you about our services, a reasonable retention period for your data is considered to be the duration of the relevant commercial operation of the company.

Information about personal data processing via surveillance systems
We use a surveillance system to protect people and assets. The processing is necessary for legitimate interests we pursue as the Data Controller, in accordance with Article 6.1(f) of the Regulation.

Our legitimate interest is the need to protect our premises and the goods within them from illegal acts, such as theft. This also applies to ensuring the safety of life, physical integrity, health, and property of our staff and third parties lawfully present on the monitored premises. We only collect image data and limit recording to areas where there is an increased likelihood of illegal acts, such as entrances, without intruding on areas where individuals' privacy might be excessively restricted, including their right to respect for personal data.

The recorded material is accessible only by our authorized personnel in charge of security. This material is not transferred to third parties, except in the following cases:
  • To the competent judicial, prosecutorial, and police authorities when it contains data necessary for investigating a criminal act concerning the persons or property of the data controller.
  • To the competent judicial, prosecutorial, and police authorities when they request data in accordance with their legal duties.
  • To the victim or perpetrator of a criminal act when the data may serve as evidence.
What are my rights regarding the processing of my personal data?
You have the right at any time to request:
  • Access to your personal data.
  • Correction of your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Deletion of your personal data, unless processing is necessary for the exercise of the Company's or third parties' legal rights, for compliance with a legal obligation, for public interest reasons, or for defending our legitimate rights before judicial or other authorities.
  • Restriction of the processing of your personal data to specific purposes.

In case of exercising any of the above rights, the Company will take all possible measures to satisfy the request within one (1) month from the date of receipt, informing you in writing whether the request has been fulfilled or the reasons for not fulfilling one or more of them, as well as the reasons for any delays beyond the one-month period and no later than three months. Additionally, the Company will inform you of your further rights if its response is not satisfactory. This information is initially provided free of charge by the Company, unless the request for disclosure and information is made repeatedly, excessively, or is clearly unjustified.
